Can you please restore or refund my purchased (with USD) boosters/bars

I purchased $15-$30 worth of gold bars and boosters and today had to reinstall the app. I need back what I paid for including the boosters that came with the packages I purchased and not just the gold bars. This is the third time  that this has happened and the first time I have complained.
