i am a top player but after update new levels are not coming stuck on level 3395

Have you checked your envelope at the top right of this website? If you see a number 1 that means she answered. Also maybe you have to give her your user ID # so I'm going to give you a blog that tells you how to access it. Once you have the number, if you didn't get the boosters, write back here with the number and I'll write her again on Monday ok? When you play on a mobile device you can lose all your boosters because they are saved to your device. I did write to Cez to please help you but I haven't heard much from her today so she must be busy in meetings. Also they are 6 hours ahead of my time so it's 5:00 PM and they might be leaving for the day. I will send her another message now and hopefully you will hear back from her tomorrow.

Hi Sarah Ch, sorry for the delay in responding. Are you saying that your game ends at 3395? Can you see the other levels ahead but you are stuck on 3395?

A new episode came out yesterday so did it advance for you? Can you please do a print screen so that I can see what's going on?
That is very strange! Ok I have to head out to work now but I want you to check to make sure that you have all the IOS updates. Then clear out your history and then shut your device down. Wait about 10 seconds and then reopen it. Open the game. If you are playing through Facebook log out of Facebook and log back in. It should work but if not, write back here and I'll look for your message when I get to work.
Hi once again thanks for reply Elsa,I already told you that after 11 June update King use my old Apple ID for update . when I reinstalled game I have to change Apple ID so please use my new id for update because a long time I used it for all my apps specially for candy saga update. Now I have lots of boosters I can't reinstall game please do it and fix your problem
Hi Elsa how can I update game from old id because I couldn't even remember previcous ID password , who will give me guaranty if I reinstall candy once again King will not use old id just to irritate me this is all about King mistake,as I said I am a top and so old player if King is not able to solve problem so I have to leave the game
I am going to pass this along to the King Superstars to see if anyone has an answer for this.

Hi Sarah Ch, the Superstars are just as puzzled as we are. Check what version IOS you have because you might need an update. My iPhone shows IOS 11.4. I am showing up to 3485 on my phone.

Thanks Elsa ,But iPhone iPad update is not an issue , Issue is that why King use my old Apple ID for candy update because King know my new id all the time my game updated with it . All my other apps are up today but why not candy? I check your link and follow the directions but not useful because face book connection is not the problem please understand the main issue
Hi Sarah Ch, I am so totally confused just like you! The picture shows that you need to update the game and I will assume that you did click on it and it updated but you are still showing nothing above 3395 correct? I am going to elevate this to a King Admin to see if she can help you. She won't be back in the office until Monday but she should be able to read all of this and hopefully she can get it resolved.

I need to have you do something for me. I need you to get me the user ID # of the account that you want to use from now on. Please go to this site and read the directions on how to find your user ID #. Then please come back here with that number and we can take it from there. You said that King is using your old Apple ID but why would King know what your Apple ID is?
Please open the game and follow the directions from here: https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it and please make sure that this is the account that you want to use from now on. Then bring that number back here. You can even do a print screen with that number and also type out the number so that when we forward it they can see that number.
Elsa I want to tell you one thing more, last night I use my mom 's mobile I install candy connect to my face book just to check and played above levels,but my mom will not allow to play more from her mobile
I am so puzzled about this. I'm going to forward this to a King Admin to see if she can figure this out.

Hello @Sarah please could you check which version number you now have installed?
The last image shows 1.128 so you should have available up to level 3485. Your account shows me that you are on level 3430.
If you are still unable to access the newer levels, the only option left would be to reinstall the game again, sadly this will mean losing any saved boosters as these are saved to your device.

Really the King is not an honest so I should leave candy.just a wastage of time, mind and money.I will tell all my friends the whole story and advice them not to play Anyways really thanks to Elsa such a nice person ( good bye for ever )
Would you please quit using the temu apps, every time I watch add it kicks me out. It's getting very frustrating to play. I'm not going to keep playing untill they stop. And if you choose to keep using the adds, I will delete the game. Thank you, theresa
