I do believe there is a technical problem with 3480 that needs to be fixed by King. If you have solved this level please help.

    Hi Buffy, sorry for the delay in responding.  Have you looked at the videos online?  A lot of players have cleared this level but the higher levels do require that you use boosters.  Since players have cleared it I don't foresee this level being changed in the near future.
