Getting levels back

Whilst playing on my Iphone, logged in through facebook, I have suddenly gone from being level 347 to 1, for no apparent reason. However on my laptop, logged in through facebook I am still at level 347 and can play it no problem. I have deleted the App on my Iphone and re installed it, logging in through facebook but it makes no difference, I am still at level 1. Can you help please?
