What's wrong with "Rami" the sheep?

I got the cute sheep for the first time, finished it and got all the good perks, but now everytime I start the game again it's "stuck" on the end level of the sheep - meaning - the game gives me the perks over and over again - not a bad thing but obviously a bug?

Same thing going on for me as well. All my friends on Candy Crush also disappeared roughly around the same time as this glitch.

And now the same thing with "Didi" the dragon, the bug is somewhere in the base script.
