Hi, every time I open the candy crash saga game I get a static-cracking sound. This only happens when I have this specific app opened. Even when the music and sound is off it happens as well. Obviously when my phone is on silent the sound is gone.
I just wrote to the King Superstar to ask if she found the video for you. I'll try to keep you updated.
After the last update the problem still exists... help us please
I have the same problem On iPhone X
I tried using the application on 4G it still happened. My iPhone is 130 GB from 256 .. It’s pretty odd not sure why this is happening. Happened the same with iPhone 6 which barely has any GB on the phone.

Hi guys, this is the answer that I got from one of the King Superstars:
" I get this all the time on my virtual mobile device. It happens when my internet connection is too slow and/or my device is too full."
She said that she made a video and is trying to find it. If she posts the link I will post it here. In the meantime, try to clear the history on your device and check how much memory you have left. Maybe you have to uninstall apps that you haven't used in a long time. Please let me know if doing this helps clear the problem.

Wow that is very strange! I am going to forward this message to the King Superstars and King Admins because now 2 of you say this is happening.
To make sure it’s not my mobile device, I downloaded candy crush for the first time on another iPhone device. The static sound happened again.
I only play candy crush saga from king games. I do play other games from other developers, but it doesn’t happen.
I did just try downloading candy crush soda, it didn’t happen.
It was working completely normal, but after I updated it this happened. Not sure why or how.
If it was my mobile device, the static-cracking sound would’ve happened when I play music or even use any application with sound.
Wow I never heard of that before. If you are still hearing the sound even when the music and sound is off from the game then I am wondering if it's your mobile device. Do you play other King games or other games from other developers? If so, can you please check to see if this is happening with the other games?
I usually turn off all game sounds when I'm playing because it's distracting and not enjoying it. Without sound, it's more peaceful and I'm able to focus on the game 😊😊💖💖Happy crushing candies 🌈

I’ve been hearing those same sounds every time I open my candy crush saga app. I thought it was just me.

Please log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again to check if your problem is solved.
You may have the option of switch off the sounds if you dont like them. Go to settings and turn off.

i don’t think the issue has been fixed even though it’s been happening over the past 2 years. can this please be looked at again and a solution provided.
I did not need an update so I reinstalled the app and logged back in and it was still making the static noises. I have an IPhone 11 with the newest iOS.
I’m hearing static nose too and I thought it was my iPhone XR but it’s actually the game and it’s creepy
I have the static noise on iPhone 12 when the candy crush app is open. It happens even when my volume is turned off. Ended up deleting game

I'm sorry you uninstalled the game due to this sound issue. You posted in a thread from the year 2018, the problem had already been resolved. Maybe now it's a new problem, so I'm going to pass it on to see if there is a solution.
Apparently it was only happening on iPhone devices.
Please, would you mind telling us if that sound persists even after reinstalling the game?

I just started having this static pulsing sound today. Never noticed it before. I have iPhone 6 with no updates needed.
Im having the same problem, and it's not happening with any other apps.
