Have finished contest and was number 1. Twice I have not received bonuses. What is the issue here?

Week long contest and finished number 1. I never received any bonuses. Twice this has happened. Where are the bonuses? New tablet but nothing got transferred as far as free games friends has given me. Had over 200.

Hi Peggy, sorry for the delay in responding.  Unfortunately when you play on a mobile device the boosters that you have accumulated are just on that device so when you purchase a new device they cannot transfer.
