Please Reset Candy Crush Data.

Can you please, possibly, reset all data on my candy crush that is linked to my Facebook?  (100% data wipe so i may start over FRESH, all while being able to connect to my only Facebook without it restoring the previous game data. )

P.s. I've contacted King Customer Care twice already about resetting the data. I Have Never Received A Reply On Either Occasion.

Hi Kyla, King cannot wipe out your data if you played through Facebook and want to keep playing through that email address.  The only way that you can start all over from level 1 is if you do not play through Facebook but I want to make you aware of something very important - Facebook and the Kingdom save  your progress so if you play without it, any crash on your mobile device, any updates to the operating system, anything can knock you out and your progress would not have been saved.
