My game has started running at double speed. It is so annoying I don’t want to play anymore. My phone is fully charged. Why is this happening and how can I get back to the old speed?

Hi Jill, sorry for the delay in responding.  We have reported the change in speed to the studio and we are waiting to hear or see if they make a change.  Bellieve me, lots of players are unhappy with this new speed and it seems to have happened on all 3 Candy crush games (Saga, Soda and Jelly).  Keep your fingers crossed, as I will, to see if they slow it down.  But thanks for lettering us know that you are not happy with this.
