Hi Tse, is your notebook a mobile device because if it is you could lose all lives and boosters if the game crashes or any update to your operating system. There is no way of redeeming lives back to you. But if you ever made a purchase they could look into your account to verify the purchase and that could be redeemed. Please let me know.
