I lost all my lives when I switch on my notebook?

This is not the first time my lives has gone without any reasons.  Kindly please redeemed all back so I can play continuously.  Thanks.

Hi Tse, is your notebook a mobile device because if it is you could lose all lives and boosters if the game crashes or any update to your operating system.  Those lives and boosters are just saved to that device.  You can read more about it here:  https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/where-did-my-free-boosters-go-on-my-mobile-device

There is no way of redeeming lives back to you.  But if you ever made a purchase they could look into your account to verify the purchase and that could be redeemed.  Please let me know.
