3487 - Another level with impossible move counts

Another day, another level the admins have decided to make impossible.  Level used to be set at 28 moves and none of the videos on YouTube have completed this level in less than 20 moves so the geniuses at King decided to set the move count to 15.  The only reason to do something this stupid is to cause us to have to spend money on boosters to complete it.  RIDICULOUS!!
