Daily Treats don't go past Day 1...ever! Playing on my mobile device is working, but not MacBook Air

Got an email saying the problem is a "known issue" however, it has been over 2 weeks already! Really??? The daily "treats" only gives you Day 1....you replied that you gave me extra boosters to appease me, however, you did not give me any boosters...I am not appeased! Please fix the game...

Inventory/Boosters Lost - (Edited by CM: Under investigation)!

Most of the time my game is disconnected
I play in iran and i should use vpn to conect and play, but most of the time my vpn is conect but my game is disconnecting. I am a old player and i am playing during 13 year and my level is 8434, i am iranian person not a government please let us to continue connection 🙏
My entire inventory is gone!
What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
How i get my reward?
Pins collection i finish it I didn't received my reward.
