I'veI Lost all my progress in Candy Crush Saga !!! I've not opened the app for atleast a year.. Then I install the game now.. which reset to Level 1.. But I had over 500 Levels... I also tried connecting to Facebook but it's still in level 1.. I'm very disappointed at this.  Help me out pls !!!

Hi! I’ve also lost all my levels on candy crush right after I synced it to Facebook! I’ve also tried the link provided by this candy crush website but it’s still didn’t work! Please help!

Hi, I had approximately 2,000 levels completed last night and when I opened the app this morning I was reset to level 1! What happened??

I bought a new phone. I was level 3???. For some reason I can’t get back there. I’ve never had an issue before with changing phones. Please help? I can’t connect thru Facebook either.

I was on level 2163 when asked to save progress with my email. I had forgotten my password so i had to create a new one. When i got back on to play candy crush I was back ti level 6. Please restore. Thanks.

Plz. Logout and update ur game then login and check once again i hope it will solve the problem.

Otherwise u already have provided ur id to us i would request our CM @Crazy Cat Lad To restore ur levels manuaaly.

Your game is saved on your Facebook, so no restore is needed.

Please make sure to connect the game to the exact same Facebook account that you used in the game earlier.

Try also with reinstalling both the game and Facebook app.
