Cannot play CC saga on PC through Facebook.

I use Chrome browser (up to date), cleared cache, flash is updated, HTML5 rating is 522 and yet I can't play Candy Crush Saga on Facebook on PC. I am on level 3473 but when I go to Facebook it has stopped at level 2825 and won't load. Looking for some advice.

Hello Helen. You can go to this link Progress Help and they may be able to help you more with this issue. Just make sure you tell them that your levels won't load and what level you're supposed to be on. Good luck and I hope you have a wonderful day!
