Same issue.... again. My browser supports HTML5, my level is 2962. Others have this issue too

It was good for a couple os days but then, again, back to same issue. What good is HTML5 if it causes all these problems. Can you help ? Thank you

Hi MGraca, what is happening?  What level are you supposed to be at?  Also what browser are you using?   I am playing on Firefox lately because it's faster than the others.
