In candy crush I had over 500 lives that my friends gave me. When I turned on my computer to play candy crush only 4 lives are remaining. This has happened to me once before and you provided me gold bars to make up for the lives I lost. I would appreciate it if you could provide me gold bars once again.

Hi Florence, are you playing the game on a mobile device? Because if you are any crashes of the game, updates on your mobile device or updates of new levels can cause you to lose all lives and boosters.
