Thank you for your assistance, however this is unacceptable, I wish to talk directly with a kingcare.com representative. There is absolutely no alert to inform candy crush players of Kings intentions for the boosters won. Also I spend my time playing the games and try hard to win to accumulate the boosters so I can use them on hard and super hard levels. Why does King get to decide when I use hard won boosters? This is totally unacceptable and I am requesting to be reimbursed for the boosters I spent MY TIME accumulating

Hi Rob, thank you for writing us here at King Care. I do not believe that King makes the decision as to when you can use the boosters. It's your mobile device! It's Android! It's Apple! All boosters are saved on your device but any crash or Android update can cause you to lose your boosters.
