Can't send lives or requests on Candy Crush

I have this game on my phone computer and multiple Kindles.

The message box comes up but when I hit send nothing happens. Sometimes the box will out line but the nothing.

It's the same on all devices.

It started after adding another Kindle. Not sure if related.

Never happened before.

Please help.

I have the exact same problem! I'm not sure if someone can help me with this really annoying issue.I've sent an email several times and every time I 've received the same answer! Even when I asked for the other solutions and explained that none of those solutions didn't help me at all, I received an other email with the same explanation again just like before. It really would be great if someone can make it clear to me and let me know if there is any chance to find out how to fix it or not

Hey guys, I am having the same trouble.  King is aware of this but I don't think it's a King issue because it's also happening with my non-King games.  I am hoping by the beginning of the week someone has a contact at Facebook and they can get it fixed. 

Mine is happening on Saga and their new game Diamond Diaries.  So far so good with Soda and Jelly but they might be next.

Hi Karen, no it's still not working for anyone yet.  It's a Facebook glitch so who knows if it will ever get fixed.  I wonder if it would be different if you played through the Kingdom instead of Facebook.  Do you know how to connect to the Kingdom?  Here is some information on that and I want you to try it to see if that works.

HI Becky, it's still not working because Facebook has to resolve this.  It's not a King thing because it has also happened to non-King games too.

My friend's send button is working now. Mine still isn't working. This is so weird
