How to return an old level on game Candy crush

Dear all,

I broke my cell phone and I have to send it to the repair (service) where they will restart it and I will lost my reached levels

on Candy Crush.

Please help me with some solution.

Hi Nina,
If you logged in with a King or Facebook account your progress is saved on the servers. You just need to log into the restored phone with the same account you used before.
Please see this blog here for the steps to follow if you have lost your progress.
The Blog includes lots of steps on how to fix this problem yourself :-)
If you are not able to restore your own levels, please see the contact form at the end of the Blog, be sure to select "Lost Progress" as the reason of contact.
