Lost Win 10 Account

I had to reinstall Win 10 on my computer and almost all of my apps were deleted. I've tried to reinstall my King account, but it does not recognize the email that I KNOW that I used to set it up. All it will do is give me a new account, at Level 1. I do still have the ability to go in through Face Book, but that platform is significantly behind the Win 10. Any suggestions on how I can get back into the computer version? Thanks...Ed Baisden My user ID on FB is 1246760969
