I must say, at first I was very impressed with your customer service. However, it seems now as if I'm being neglected. As if you think I will go away if you don't communicate. I sent the issue about the gold bars 2 weeks ago. And the one about the bonuses from Rami just over a week ago. And the missing Jackpot rewards. I'm NOT playing the game anymore until I get an answer and gold bars returned. I log in daily to see if there is any change and nothing yet. I do miss the game but, I'm not spending another dime until these issues are resolved. I have seen some negative feedback already regarding some of these same issues. Not inspiring a great deal of confidence. Wonder if the "powers that be" would be more motivated to satisfy their loyal players if all this negativity were to go public???
