How do I unlock the answers to my question at King Care?

I received a gmail that my problem may have been answered to my Candy Crush Saga problems by" someone"and to go to King Care to find it.  I do so but where the columns have "replies"  and click on it --nothing happens.  How do I unlock those replies in the "solved" category. It's not solved for me until I can read that reply...  Yes, I am logged in to King  Care.

    Hi George, see if you have an envelope with a #1 on it to the left of your profile picture at the top of the page.  I would think that is where a King Admin would give you the answer.
