Due to technical problem, I have lost all my boosters, given by RAMI, would you please refund all those boosters to my account

Hi Farzana, thank you for writing us here at King Care. You haven't mentioned where you are playing the game but on mobile devices you can lose all boosters and lives any time there is a crash, a operating system update or changing devices because they are only saved on that specific device so that you can use them when playing offline. King cannot refund rewards won from Rami or any challenge but I can elevate this to a King Admin who might be able to offer some help.
