Can you please tell me why consistently different people get different amounts of initial moves to start with on levels???

Hi Mary-Lou, a lot of these higher levels are in testing.  So they might start out with a specific number of moves and then the videos are created by some of the players.  The studio monitors these levels to see how many players pass or get stuck or can't clear it and then they make decisions about the number of moves.  A lot of players have been complaining about this and I have been gathering these messages and having a King Admin report them to the studio.  Hopefully in the future this will not happen very often.
