Okay, this is about the 3rd or 4th time I have lost my progress on Candy Crush. I play through facebook on my laptop. Last night i was on level 2069 and now today it put me back to 1965. I love this game, but i am so irritated. I have tried all the tips and tricks and nothing works. Might be time to call it quits. If you have any ideas for help, let me know.

I don't have the option to save when playing on facebook. I am only able to turn off the music and sound.

Erin let's try this troubleshooting because it's been helping a lot of players here this week. When the games opens to the lower level do you see stars on it? Sometimes the avatar gets stuck and you have to replay the level. So replay the level and then refresh the game and it should bring you back to your current level.
