I cannot reset a level for example to have 2 boosters together, it just says that if I quit, I will loose space dash etc, so you have to play that level or loose everything - 1 go. I am on level 3665. This has never happened before, please help

I know that I will lose a life if I quit after making a move. But what has changed is that now I also lose a life if I quit BEFORE making any moves. So I can no longer reset the level to line up my boosters in the way that I used to. And I don't understand why some can still do this and I can't.
When I went in today I'm no longer about to exit the level, even without making a move, without losing a life and any boosters I may have had. This is unplayable as I need a good board to be able to complete the level. So I could go in and out many times before I got a board I was happy with, now I can't. I see this has been happening to others here for the last few weeks. Has anyone has it resolved?

Hi Jackie, I haven't heard anything yet. I know that lots of these challenges have glitches right now but I don't know how they are prioritizing which to fix first. I am not privy to that information.

Hey guys, I heard that with the next game app release there should be a fix. This should be in about a week but I don't yet what the fix is so we will have to wait and see.
Happening to me too. I'm on 3665 and waiting for new levels tomorrow. This is going to make things so much more difficult if we can't reset.
Hi Jackie, you have to exit out of the game before making a move. If you play even just one move it's recognizing that you played the game. Is that what happened to you or is it something else?

Loosing the quit/reset hurts more than space dash/morts. It seems such a long time since it went!

Yep, these new levels are absolutely impossible without starting with full helmet or space dash... They're clearly trying to force us to buy boosters, there was no reason for them to change that.
I won’t be playing anymore with this change. It makes the game too hard and not fun.
It's been happening to me for 3 days now as well. I won't pay for boosters, so it looks like I'll be stuck on level 3654 forever. This really stinks!

If they're gonna take away that reset ability from us, they need to make it so that when we use boosters, they're actually usable at the start of the level. I reset when I use a colorbomb or a coconut wheel and they start out in a locked area and are completely unusable. It's a waste of a booster. Seems like every one of these new changes is designed to make us waste boosters and have to spend money. Really disappointing!
I already play far, far less than I did before the change. But overall it's good for me this way

And if you close the game you have lost a life and boosters? So I am going to play out a scenario......................... you open the game to play and there is the space dash. Let's say that you played and cleared the first level so now you have a color bomb that will be added to the next level. Now you open the next level but you don't like the board so you try to exit out. It closes and you see that you lost a life - are the boosters still there or are they now gone because you exited the level? Was it the color bomb that you were rewarded that was gone or all the boosters accumulated that were gone?

Yes Craig it has to be a change made by the studio. So there is nothing that we can do about it.
I am having the same issue regarding quitting the board before making a move but still losing a life. I recently uninstalled Facebook on my mobile phone so thought this may have had something to do with it. However, since others here are reporting the same thing, I'm thinking maybe this is a change from the game developer?Please help if you can. Thank you.

I have the same problem space dash restarts ..but is is there anyway that it can be solved I re install the game but the same problem occurs can any one help me or any customer care here .or should I stop playing I am on the maximum level plz mail me on
Hey guys, this is in a testing phase at the moment so whoever wrote in this message you are all part of the testing team. Not sure how they are going to determine if the test works or not but not all players have this. I also have this too in my game and lost the lives every time I quit before making a move.

As you are aware, this has been going on for weeks now and I would just like to know how you find out your information?. If you possibly can get somebody from customer care to confirm ANYTHING, so that our “select few” can decide which way to go. Hi Jackie, I get my information direct from a King Admin who gets it from the studio. I am a King Superstar which means I volunteer to come here to help the players with their glitches and also to elevate the glitches.
Any new developments? I hate to quit playing the game after years of fun but I’ve been on the same level for 2 weeks now and it is impossible without boosters. I too lose a life if I quit so my 5 lives last about 2 minutes without the space dash or the ability to reset. I guess if this is their way of getting us to quit the game they might succeed. I won’t continue playing if this continues because it is impossible to pass these levels!!

There is a big Windows 10 crash that is going on at the moment and I am sure that this is taking priority over whether you can back out of a level without losing a life.

Very happy to find these posts. I'm in the same boat and it sucks. The level 236 hack is a great way to get a golden ship or magic hat in the meantime. Only takes a few minutes. Of course if you lose the level you're working on you have to go back to 236 a play several times to get your full booster back, but it's a quick temp fix. Annoying though.

That's Always been the case, If you quit / exit a level you've started playing, its the same as failing the level and you lose the space dash / helmet.Once you start a level you must beat that level to keep the boosters going.If you cannot beat a level, you can save your space dash progress by clicking the refresh button (gameroom / facebook) or exiting and restarting the game (mobile / windows 10 ).You will still lose a life, but your booster progress will be saved.With the increasing difficulty of new levels, this is the only way to keep your space dash progress, tho technically it is a bug / cheat and may one day get fixed.

I can complete everything the level requires, but I can't advance because the 4th dragon simply doesn't appear for me to capture. I've been in this situation 10 times already. I believe my level 10054 has some kind of bug. Has anyone else experienced this?
