Still no info on level 435. Still only 13 moves. Cannot complete with so few moves.0

They are not going to "fix" these levels where some people get fewer turns than others. From their standpoint, it's not broken. It's done intentionally, so that you'll fork over some money for boosters or extra turns to pass the level. You either have to buy their stuff or get incredibly lucky.
