how to can you change the number of moves you available during game play?

I saw someone in the how to beat a level demo change the number of mores available from 20 to 40, during their game play. A pop up came up asking what you what to change to... he typed 40 and in candy crush the moves changed from 20 to 40 moves available. Does anyone know how to do this?

No I never heard of that before. Chances are it could have been a cheat or a hacker doing it. Do you have the link to that demo? If so, please post it here so that I can see what's going on.
