Why don’t I earn golden tickets after asking a hard level? My girlfriend has this and I don’t.

 My girlfriend showed me her soda crush game. She is earning a golden ticket each time she passes out far or super hard level. Once she does she gets a special deal for purchasing boosters. I don’t have that offer at all. Why?

Hi KWilliam6163, you don't want it because it's freezing the game.  It's in the testing phase so players are randomly chosen to test it.
