The search function is very poor.  If you search for level 1827, you get anything that contains "18", "27" and many other combination.

    Hi Chris, yes due to the fact that there are at level 3785 it's bound to happen that they will show you other levels with those numbers in it.  If you do not find any message for 1827 that means that no one has reported it yet.
