Hi Gaurang, your progress cannot be erased. If you never played through Facebook or the Kingdom I suggest that you start an account with one of them and then you can start at level 1. If you have been playing through them then you will have to either create a brand new Kingdom account but make sure that you never sync it with your Facebook account because then it will take you back to your current progress.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
