Serious problem on level 3720.

Level 3720 no sooner finished loading when it suddenly closes with the message "Not enough orders on the board"!!!!  Needless to say, lost the full boosting spaceship plus the boosters I had selected to use.  Tried to reload the level several times with the same response.  Can no longer continue onto other levels.  Please fix it.

Elsa, thanks for writing back the last 3 weeks, candy crush is just not working right example 1 when the game is counts the sugars drop it freezes it doesn't count all the way not just once but many times example 2' spin the wheel,the back pack and the trophy just open for no reason, maybe i should writing early but i read that you say there are many glitches I don't know if you can help maybe somebody can.. thank You Jim
