Purchase gold bars but never received them

hi there I sent apple a message twice now but they said I have to reach out to you

i have bought 60 gold bars twice and it never loaded them. I have a picture of the wheel turning and turning.

the last time I had gold bars and I wanted to use some for more lives it didn’t load them either

how do I get a refund for the gold bars?
