Loosing treats after update

Once again I have lost my treats after I updated candy crush. One game in, my screen freezes (again) and I had to uninstall. Getting fed up with this. Is candy crush trying to make money out of us by taking everything away each time and encouraging us to buy bundles of goodies to restock.

Hi Coco3180, thank you for writing here at King Care. Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
