lost levels

I was on level 1400 (and something) I updated my cookies on my computer and have been taken back to level 1146! PLEASE HELP

Hi Kelly, can you please check to see if there are any stars on level 1146.  Sometimes the avatar gets stuck and you have to replay the level.  Please replay this level, clear it and then refresh the game.  It should take you to your current level.   If not, then please follow the steps on this link:  https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep

Yes the stars are there, not on the levels above. I am playing on a laptop so the link doesn't work. As I log in through Facebook the options don't appear??
