I have just finished level 1229 on candy crush saga,it will not let me go to next level, it just say

I have just finished level 1229, for some reason it will not take me to the next level.cant even see the next level number. So cant play at all. Can you tell me why,and if you can sort this out for me please!!!!!  Its candy crush saga.

    Hi Mavis, please check to see if there are any stars on level 1229.  Sometimes the avatar gets stuck on a level so you have to replay it and then refresh the game.  See if that works.

    You said something that it's saying something so could you please do a print screen of what it says and upload it here.  Here are some steps to help you with a print screen:  https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/
