Can’t find friend

My girlfriend doesn’t show up in any of my leaderboards or when I search to ask her for lives. I show up on her app but I can’t find her anywhere on mine. We are obviously both Facebook friends so I’m confused

I have the same problem. Even on the level 1 list I cannot find my girlfriend though we are Facebook friends.
