You have to collect 8 each of red and yellow candies to complete level 3781 Candy Crush Saga. Try to play from Bottom.
The candies you need are in the locked cells along the bottom of the board and all you have to do to collect them is to collect the keys from down the left side of the board.
Use stripes or colourbombs to unlock the keys and collect them and as you unlock the yellow and red candies they will match together and be collected.
Here is a video with 14 moves. I think That player have 2 bonus move. 👇

I have yet to find a video on completing level 3781 in 12 moves. This level is ridiculous and I refuse to blow through my boosters any longer. All I’ve done is waste them and my gold bars buying extra moves. Really infuriating!
