level 1981 I can't seem to get close

I can't seem to get anywhere on level 1981 in Candy Crush.  20 moves?  I've tried variants of boosters, sides to focus.  It's been a month.  Anyone?  or do I have to give this game up like the Candy crush soda darn  any suggestions  thanks.
