I posted the above-mentioned with a screenshot and Laura Grosvenor was kind enough to respond that she would pass this on to the moderator. This was 3 months ago and I have yet to receive a courtesy reply from a moderator to date. It is baffling!

How are you? I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving, great Christmas and good New Year. It has been a while since we last communicated. I have not played any of the King games that are still showing my avatar as a blank face. However, I did uninstall and reinstall Farm Heroes Super Saga game on my Android phone because it was the only one that had no gold bars or power-ups. Is it possible to move the 330 gold bars from Candy Crush Soda Saga game to the "newly installed" Farm Heroes Super Saga game on my Android phone? I have boosters for Farm Heroes Super Saga game on the Samsung tablet which I am thinking of deleting soon. Can an exception be made in just this case to have that transferred too? They are 17 watering cans and 1 basket. This is all I am requesting at this time and will find out the number of gold bars I have left for the rest of the games that may end up being uninstalled also. Any help you can render in this regard would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
Hi Just Me, there is a glitch with logging into the game with Facebook. It's not connecting and Cez has already reported it to the studio. They are trying to resolve it now. I'm sure she would be able to reimburse you but I'll let her tell you that.

Thank you for your response. I just did an update to the latest version 1.136.0.3. I even cleared cache data on both the tablet and mobile and tried to log out so that I can re-log in but got the following response - no internet connection found. I am not worried about the gold bars in the Piggy Bank because I can play levels to win them back. I am afraid of losing the boosters if I uninstall and reinstall the King games. Some of the special boosters that I earned in challenges/contests/quests such as the Party Booster (given for 6th year anniversary), UFO in Candy Crush Saga, and Clean-Up, Egg Cracker in Farm Heroes Saga are not available for sale and therefore irreplaceable even if King Care is kind enough to help reinstate the boosters on both devices. There is no way to complete levels without boosters especially on the higher levels, even the easy ones. I am grateful to you and Elsa for the assistance afforded to me all this time.

The studio got back to me with the following:
"It looks like the player is not connected and according to the screenshots she is not on the latest game version."
So they suggested trying the following:
1. Make sure you are on the latest version
2. Be sure to be connected. You can try clearing the cache in Safari browser, logging out and then logging in again (you will then see your avatar on your map.)
Then Buddy Challenge and other features should work again
Hi @Just Me the system has updated now and you should see the Gold Bars, I see a total of 123 Gold Bars now.

No, Cezdiamond, I did not uninstall and reinstall the games because I will lose all the boosters I have either earned, purchased as part of gold bar packages or reimbursed due to level glitches. The version is 1.136.0.3. I just opened the game but the 60 gold bars have not shown up. I know you have done the best you can and hope you will be able to glean more information tomorrow after brainstorming with the rest of the crew. Thank you so much for your help.

I have passed this on to our team but I will be completely honest we are unsure at the moment, we have not seen this happen before.

Did you reinstall your game?
Also can you confirm which version of the game you have installed?

Hi Just Me, I think I have written you before. Laura did pass along your message but the studio doesn't change the levels if only one person has difficulty. It takes quite a few complaints about the same level before the studio considers a change.

If you scroll down you can see Danielle, Kate and Emmanuel cleared it. Once the studio sees that the players are clearing the level, unfortunately, they won't make the change. Kate created a video showing how she did it.
If you read my original post it was a glitch that caused the fruit not to go through the exit on the right side. Please see the explanation and screenshot. I had to use lots of boosters to pass the level when I did it the second time. It was not about the number of moves. I was asking for compensation. Thanks.

I sent her a message but she is in Spain so they are 6 hours ahead of us. So it's mid afternoon there. If you don't hear from her today, perhaps she'll write you here tomorrow.
I appreciate your help and hope to get some compensation. I had to do what I did the second time around to finish the level by using lots of boosters. It was to avoid the fruit going down the same column, getting stuck and not exiting due to the way the fruit was moving while playing.
Hi Just Me, I hope that you can get some compensation for this but only she can decide that. Are you doing the sugar drop challenge to get the free boosters?
Yes. It was not my fault but an issue with that level that resulted in the use of numerous boosters just to pass it. I hope there will be some kind of compensation. Did you see the post "Glitch on level 3479" by another player regarding this? She used 150 gold bars and all her available boosters and still could not pass it. She was also asking for them to be restored.
I know that I'm addicted but I don't think I could ever use 150 gold bars because that is a lot of money! I'm sure there are loads of players who spend that much and more. That is why I play more than just this one game because if I can't clear a level on the 2nd or 3rd try I just close the game and go onto the next game. When I run out of games to play I watch TV instead!

Elsa, words cannot express how grateful I am for your nice words and wonderful assistance in this matter. Thank you Cezdiamond for your immediate action as soon as you were informed of this issue. Can you please tell me what you had added to my account? Was it gold bars and/or boosters. I am sorry to trouble you but I could not determine what it was. Elsa, I have another problem now. I am connected to WIFI but for some reason my avatar is a blank face instead of a panda. The Buddy Challenge is missing and Piggy Bank containing 60 gold bars which I had earned is showing 0. I did not delete the challenge and was saving the gold bars for a "rainy day". It was working great earlier and only happened when I opened the game to find out what kind of goodies had been sent to my account after I received the notification in this post. I am not sure how to fix it. My avatar display is fine in other King games. Please advise.

I stand corrected when I said Candy Crush Saga was the only one affected. The Daily Spin Wheel is no longer available as of this morning and I am not sure what is going to be missing next. My profile is also not appearing in Candy Crush Soda Saga, Farm Heroes Saga and Farm Heroes Super Saga. Thank you for the troubleshooting tips. I have never connected to Facebook to play any King games. I remember one incident where I connected to Facebook and it brought me back down to level 1. I have a Kingdom account and all my progress is saved there. Will the instructions to reset still apply? Clearing cached data on the device is not an option because it causes challenges, quests and treasure chests to be deleted. I think this may be the end of the road for me if nothing else works.
I'm not sure since you aren't playing through Facebook. I am puzzled about the profile picture because if that is what is happening to you I read from another player that her profile picture is blank. That might be a new glitch starting. I told Cez that you replied back so let's see what she finds out and writes here.

I will have to bid adieu after all. I tried logging out of the account for Candy Crush Saga but the response was “no internet connection found”. I am stuck up a creek without a paddle and in tears. I play on two devices, both android, and am afraid to uninstall and reinstall because I will lose all the boosters that either were purchased as part of packages or earned. The problem is the Party Booster and UFO in Candy Crush Saga, and Clean-Up and Egg Cracker in Farm Heroes Saga are not available for sale. It seems I have become non-existent. I cannot send lives to other players in Farm Heroes Super Saga even though my panda avatar is being displayed. It is still a blank face on the rest of the games. I am really devastated to have made it this far and accumulated so much to lose everything. I have already installed two non-King games if there is no recourse. Thanks nevertheless for all your help during this crushing journey.
Hi Just Me, is the game making you log into Facebook because I think this is a new glitch that might have started during the weekend. I passed the information along so I have no clue if and when that will be resolved.
How can I tell if the game wants me to log in to Facebook? If this is a glitch I hope it is fixable soon. I lost out on rewards for Dexter's Space Race which ended this morning when this issue started last Thursday. I have no challenges, contests or quests at this time. Thank you.
You would get a pop up box telling you to log into Facebook. That's what a couple of people told me during the weekend. I don't play the games through Facebook at all! Nothing but problems.
