The keys do not drop so therefore it is not possible to pass this level. Your team has attempted to make this harder which is fair enough, but they obviously haven't put any thought into how the level works. To clear the bottom half of the board it is necessary to collect 5 keys, the keys drop every 4th move... 20 moves??? Work it out!

Hi Cookie, I already reported this level to them yesterday but since they are 6 hours ahead of me they had already left for the day. They won't see all the posts about this level until they come in on Monday. Rest assured that this will probably be changed because there are too many complaints already.
