My Candy Crush kept showing an error message saying connect to internet even though I was for over two weeks. I reinstalled the game today only to find it reverted me back to level 1777 even though I had progressed to level 1796. It also reverted my rating to 42 when I had progressed to 43 and it took away all my boosters. I had 35 wrapped and stripped candies, 35 coconut wheels, 35 color bombs, 35 jellyfish and approximately 22 lucky candies.

If the troubleshooting doesn't work then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink. Click on it and complete the contact form. They can go into your account and manually adjust your progress.
Regarding the lost boosters, the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars. When you write to them via the contact form you can also ask them about the lost boosters. They don't usually reimburse you but maybe you might get lucky.
