Lost progress after connecting to facebook
Hi, please help restore my level I lost last week while connecting to Facebook. I was around level 1200. Could not remember. Facebook put me at level 6 and I have 'climbed up' at level 136 after one week. Today, I have tried reinstalling the app from my device and at the same level 136. Please help, thank you

Please follow the steps on this link: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep to get your progress back. If the troubleshooting doesn't work, then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink. Click on it and complete the contact form. They can go into the account and manually add the progress back.
