Level 2642 cc I’m only getting 12 moves instead of 18?!!! Please fix this !!

On cc level 2642 I’m only getting 12 moves instead of 18 ! Please fix !! From what I was reading it was almost impossible with 18 moves so I’m really in trouble!!
