Why did I lose gold bars?

I mistakenly hit the wrong button and did get the 6 hours, which I never wanted. Started building the gold bars back up, then about 6 days ago I noticed they were back down to 6.

Hello @Janet please could you let me know the date that the Gold Bars went missing? I can see a purchase of 6 hours was made on the 23rd of October.

I can send you by private message the list of Gold Bar purchases made recently. I am sorry I cannot see any Gold Bars that I have gone missing, but if I know the date that you noticed the change, we can review what was spent and earned to check there are no mistakes.

I mistakenly purchased the 6 hours a few weeks back, but since have been building back up the gold bars. I have not made anymore purchases, especially for the 6 hour prize. As I stated before, I played in the am, came back and played in the pm and the bars were reduced.

@Janet I have taken a look at your account, could you confirm roughly when this happened?

I can see that you recently had 75 Gold Bars and then you purchased unlimited lives for 6 hours which cost 69 Gold Bars which then left you with 6 Gold Bars, I can see that you have earned one more Gold Bar since and you now have 7.
