Since upgrading to iPhone Xs Max, when I start a game by pressing 'play' it jumps straight into the level missing the main screen. If I want to go out of the level to the main screen, I lose a life. Help please!

Hey guys, I have already elevated it to a King Admin but they are not back in the office until Monday morning. I forwarded this message to her so she will see it once she's back in the office.
Just tried it on my iPad and mine is working so it's not affecting everyone. I usually play through the Kingdom but I logged in with Facebook and it's not doing it. But that doesn't mean that it's not a glitch. She will see your message first thing on Monday.
I am having the same issue. I’m using an iPhone X and an iPad. Anyone with any ideas on why this is happening?

Hi thewiccaman, don't tell me that we have another new glitch??? I am going to keep my eyes open here during the weekend to see if anyone else reports this on the new iPhone or any mobile device for that matter. Can you play the game elsewhere?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
