I did not receive a response yet to my Facebook Messenger issue sent before 7 a.m. Eastern yesterday.

A short while ago, I made two separate purchases for gold bars. The first showed that I would get 3 gold bars as a bonus; the second showed I would get 7 gold bars as a bonus. Did not received either one.

Type out what you wrote above on that contact form and you should get an email back from them with a ticket number. They will help you from there because King Care's community no longer handles purchase issues due to the sensitivity of the purchase.
