In app purchasing

Hello I had made a purchase in the app to buy gold bars from the maxed out piggy bank. I got a pop up from the app that something went wrong. I have an email and text message that my phone bill was charged for the purchase but it did not register in the app. I havent gotten the gold bars from the piggy bank
