i am on level 1991 and I keep getting to claim candy bomb for one hour and it does not appear at all on mobile devices. This started 3 days ago on both apple iPad mini and iPhone 7s

Hi tropical, where are you winning this? It might only show up on just the one device and not sync across all devices. I will keep my eyes open here to see if anyone else reports this because maybe you are right and it's a new glitch starting.
