I cannot watch video on my mobile device

I cannot watch the video on my iphone. I do get the link and when I click on watch ad for lives or boosters, I get a black blank screen. I cannot see the video, hence not receive anything.

Hi guys, the studio is aware of this glitch and we are all waiting for a resolution.

@Amando4charly, all of these events and challenges start out as testing where players are randomly chosen to test. They monitor it to see if it's working and if there is a problem they can adjust before releasing them to the public. Your partner might be a tester for this. I have had the problem with the black screen with an x to close it for several weeks. Can't win any extra plays or boosters. Losing interest in playing the game since the problem isn't resolved.

Hi Richa, this might be a new glitch starting. I haven't seen anyone else report this yet but will keep my eyes open here during the weekend to see if anyone else does report it.
